All forms for participants ages 18 and over must be filled out in advance. All forms for participants ages 17 or younger must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Participants are encouraged to pre-register by March 6, 2023. The registration fee is $65.00 per person. If registering with others at your parish, please make your check payable to your parish. If registering as an individual, then checks may be made payable to the Marian Shrine Committee. Participants who wait to register at the door must bring their payment and have the chaperone, liability release and registration forms signed by a parent or legal guardian. Additional donations to help offset the costs are gratefully accepted. Financial assistance is available for those in need.
