Engaging Youth Workshop (option 2)

The Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry is pleased to offer a workshop this fall in English called “Engaging Youth.”

Sometimes in our work with young people it is a challenge to keep their attention, build relationships, and get them to engage in our ministry efforts. This workshop aims to provide practical information and ideas for helping this effort. We believe this information will be useful for youth ministry, religious education, and catholic schools.

 When and Where: This fall we are offering two identical sessions in English at two separate locations and dates.

Option 2: 8AM-12PM | Saturday Morning, October 26 at McRaith Catholic Center Owensboro, KY

Who can attend: This workshop is for any adult who works or volunteers in youth ministry, religious education, or catholic schools. It would also benefit any adult who simply wants to know and support young people in their parish better.

Cost: This workshop is FREE, but we do ask that you register so we know how many to prepare for.

Catechist Certification: The workshop will be good for 4 hours towards certification (2 hours pastoral/2 hours content
