Growing Catholic Leaders is a transformational initiative designed to equip leaders within the diocese with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation necessary to lead with integrity, wisdom, and faith.

Rooted in Sacred Scripture, Church teaching, and virtue-centric leadership principles, this program fosters a theologically sound and practically applicable approach to leadership development.

This program is open to all – priests, deacons, staff, teachers, etc.

There is a 30 participant limit. All participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion.

The Leadership Academy meets on the second Wednesday of the month September 2026 – May 2027 (first Wednesday of the month in October 2026) . At Brescia University from 12:00pm-4:00pm CST. See all dates here.
