People of Hope

Coming to Owensboro July 26th, 27th and 28th

Immerse yourself in stories of service from around the Catholic Charities nationwide network, tell your own story of someone who gives you hope, and get the facts about how poverty affects your neighbors and your community. Then learn about volunteer opportunities in your area so you, too, can become a person of hope and make a difference in your own life and someone else’s.

We are proud to bring this unique, national experience to Owensboro, it will be located in front of the Owensboro Convention Center. Tickets to get into the museum are not necessary. As you will see below each day will have a theme associated with the day’s events.

Have the opportunity to tour the museum and get inspired. Museum is available to the public these times below:

July 26 from 2PM-6PM Volunteer Outreach & Kickoff
July 27 from 10AM-6PM Health Fair & Community Resource Day

July 28 from 10AM-2PM Advocacy & Action on Food Insecurity
