Calling all the laity! You are invited to a day of renewal!

The Parish Ministry & Leadership Conference (PMLC) is a bi-annual conference hosted by the Diocese of Owensboro. This conference is designed for all laity and pastors to dive deeper into their faith and skills to proclaim the Kingdom of God to the world.

The day will include Bilingual Mass with Bishop Medley, lunch, and workshops in Spanish & English.

Make this a family event! Childcare will be available for ages PreK-5th grade. Middle School & Highschool tracks will be held for grades 6th-12th.

Join us for this bilingual event on August 24, 2024 at The Bruce Convention Center in Hopkinsville, KY.

    Wayne A. Cavalier, O.P., Ph.D. is an ordained Dominican friar (Southern Province), and founding Director of the Congar Institute for Ministry Development.

    Sister Ruth Bolarte, IHM, is a member of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, based in Immaculata, Pennsylvania. A native of Peru, Sister Ruth holds degrees in theology from Immaculata University and St. Charles Seminary in Pennsylvania.

    Sr. Cheryl Clemons, an Ursuline Sister of Mount Saint Joseph, high school teacher and university professor of scripture and theology, and a licensed spiritual director and Ignatian retreat leader, has also served both in community and Brescia University administration.
