Happening in the United States for the first time in almost fifty years, where an estimation of 50,000 Catholics will gather in Indianapolis July 17-21, 2024.

Ticket Information for 2024 National Eucharistic Congress: We have available 50 adult passes for the upcoming 2024 National Eucharistic Congress scheduled for July 17-21, 2024, in Indianapolis at the Lucas Oil Stadium.  The passes will cover entry for all five days of the Congress. Note: The passes for the event do not include meals, housing, parking or transportation.  All participants are responsible for covering these costs.

Take a moment to review the terms and conditions for this event By registering for the National Eucharistic Congress 2024 (the “Event”) you agree to these terms outlined by the National Eucharistic Congress, Inc. a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation (the “Organizer” or “NEC”). Your registration indicates you are freely and voluntarily agreeing to give up legal rights and remedies that may be available to yourself or others. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing this registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms. No Participant will receive credentials without having a completed registration in their own name. 1. Participant Requirements a. Access. Your registration entitles you access to the Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and the Organizer shall have no liability for such costs. The Event is being held in the city of Indianapolis, IN from July 17-21, 2024. The primary venues will be Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center (the “Facilities”) with additional meeting spaces around the city. As a condition of using the Facilities, the NEC is required to retain security and medical personnel whose actions are independent of NEC’s control. b. Consent to Search, Record, and Contact. You consent in advance to a reasonable search of your carry-in items and/or person as deemed necessary for security reasons by the NEC, Facilities, or law enforcement agencies. You also hereby consent to your information being collected by the Organizer via badge scanning during the event. You also hereby consent to being recorded, photographed, videotaped, or filmed within and about the areas to which NEC access is permitted, waiving all claims and rights relating to production, acquisition, sale, usage, and distribution of such material by Organizer, in any form now known or later in usage, worldwide. Any video, photography, or other recordation of the Event shall be strictly for your personal and non-commercial use and not distributed or made available for pecuniary benefit. Further, you consent to receive occasional mail and email from the NEC. Organizer uses the information you provide for administering your participation in the event including event logistics, payment, updates, and additional Event information. Organizer may disclose your personal data to third party service providers engaged by Organizer to assist in the Event. The treatment of information shared with those parties is subject to the privacy policies of those service providers. You may opt out of mail and email at any time. You also hereby consent to being contacted by the official vendor of Registration and Housing for the NEC event, HPN Global, for necessary event-related correspondence. c. Event Content. You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, themes, content, program, speakers, venue, and time and that adjustments to these aspects of the Event shall not be considered a material change affecting this registration. d. Health and Safety. As of registration launch in February 2023, COVID-19 continues to be a known threat and you acknowledge the risk you are assuming of exposure by traveling to and from the event and attending in person. The Organizer cannot guarantee that event participants will not be exposed to COVID-19 or another infectious illness such as influenza, RSV, and the common cold. If you have an infectious illness prior to or while at the Event, we ask that you isolate until your symptoms have cleared. Costs related, but not limited, to isolation/quarantine, testing, care, and transportation remain your responsibility. The Event will abide by all federal, state, and local mandates regarding mandatory health protocols. You understand and acknowledge that it is your individual responsibility to comply with such protocols as apply to individual behavior on the premises of the Event. Non-compliance may result in removal from the Event in Organizer’s sole discretion and, in such circumstances, your registration will not be refunded regardless of your ability to re-enter the Event. 2. Prohibited Conduct Nondiscrimination Policy. The Organizer prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason Disruptive Conduct. You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer reserves the right to remove you from the Event if the Organizer, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the Event or the safety or enjoyment of the Event content by other attendees. 3. Fees and Registration Payment. The payment of the applicable fee for the Event is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason the Organizer may refuse the registration and your admittance to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard. There is a 3% service fee that will be added to each transaction due at time of purchase. Taxes. The fees may be subject to sales tax, value added tax, or other taxes and duties which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fees. Cancellation Policy. Bulk Registration Passes (groups of 15+) are non-refundable. Day Passes are non-refundable. Full Event Passes for individual registrants or groups with fewer than 15 members: full refund until July 31, 2023, 50% refund until December 31, 2023, 25% refund until March 1, 2024, No refund after March 1, 2024. 4. Event Registration Confirmation Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Event email(s) are caught by spam filters. Registered attendees will receive essential information electronically at the email address that is provided on your registration form. In addition, you will also be added to the Event participant list for notifications of future Events by the Organizer. If you would like to opt-out of any of these benefits, a link is provided in each email to provide the ability to opt-out. Essential information about this registration will be sent to all registrants regardless of opt-out status unless the registration is cancelled by you. 5. Liability waiver and release In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the event, you hereby warrant and represent that you are age 18 or above, or the parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of an individual minor registrant, and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the Organizer or its members, employees, board members, vendors, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of the Organizer. This Liability Waiver and Release is specifically binding upon your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given. 6. Credential/badge scanning during event Event sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties may directly request your personal information at their exhibit booths or presentations. Providing your information to them is optional, and you should review their privacy policies to determine how they will treat your personal information. Organizer shall not be liable for third party privacy policies for information provided by you. If during the event you attend a session or program hosted by an exhibitor other than the Organizer, you understand and agree that they may receive your personal data, and that information will go to an entity other than Organizer and the Organizer takes no responsibility for how that company uses your personal information. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of these Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. In the event one or more of the terms or conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
